I came from another agency, and after attending the PUP and SST course, I have learnt a lot from the training and I have started talking to clients differently and advising my clients on how to restructure their existing properties to maximize their rental yields and position themselves for the best possible capital gains by moving into areas with more potential for growth. I have moved on from being a salesman to being a consultant now. In just a few short weeks, I managed to close a couple of deals by applying the financial techniques taught, and the commission summed up to be more than $100K.
I have also used the iPad training provided by Anthony Yeo and I managed to convince many clients to place a cheque for booking of a unit at eCO, a new launch by Far East. Compared to how Far East staff present using an iPad, which is just flipping the ‘Sales Kit Slides’ one by one, I feel like I am much better prepared and after listening to my presentation for just 10 mins, all my clients are convinced and I have little trouble securing cheques for this project although most of them initially thought it was expensive!
